Subject
The purpose of this document is to define the terms and conditions under which, on the one hand, Voyazil, a company hereinafter referred to as the PUBLISHER, makes available to its users the site (the web pages available via the domain name voyail.com) and the services available on the site, and on the other hand, the way in which the user accesses the site and uses its services and data.
Agreement
Any connection to the site is subject to compliance with these conditions. For the user, simple access to the PUBLISHER's site via any query on the domain name voyazil.com or any other alias or IP pointing to the same hosting, its different subdomains and all of its pages , implies acceptance of all of the conditions described below.
Reproduction rights
The name Voyazil is the official name of the company publishing voyazil.com. It is used by the travel agency in its commercial exchanges and constitutes an exclusive name in favor of its activity, including its various proposals linked to the tourism sector. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or total exploitation of this brand and/or logo, of any nature whatsoever, is totally prohibited.
The general structure of the voyazil.com site, as well as the texts, graphics, images, sounds and videos composing it, are the property of the publisher or its partners. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or total exploitation of the contents and services offered by the site voyazil.com, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of Voyazil and/or its partners is strictly prohibited and could constitute an infringement within the meaning of articles L 335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
As a result, no reproduction, even partial provided for in article L.122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code, may be made of this site without the authorization of the publication director, whose identity is mentioned in chapter SITE PUBLISHER of the legal notices, or of the partner author of the content.
Use of the site and the data published there
The site is intended for end use and is not intended to be a data server for automated processing other than those planned and provided by voyazil.com.
Hyperlinks
The voyazil.com site may contain hypertext links to other sites on the Internet. The links to these other resources cause you to leave the voyazil.com site, and the data which would then be presented to you will no longer be the responsibility of the publisher of voyazil.com.
It is possible to create a link to a web page on this site without express authorization from the PUBLISHER. Likewise, the deep linking technique is prohibited for site resources.
Personal data
Server logs
Any request to the server hosting the website is logged in the logs by storing the user's IP address. These logs are only used to search for incidents, particularly in the event of an attack or malicious computer attempts. In compliance with the telecommunications code, these logs are not stored for a period of more than one year.
Contact form
The information entered is necessary to process your request. The information collected may be subject to computer processing intended for the contacts file. In order to be able to respond to indications of technical malfunctions, information relating to the web browser used is also sent; the latter, making it possible to guide technical support in its investigations into the problem encountered, are not stored. "Quotation request" and "tailor-made" forms
The data entered makes it possible to establish a commercial proposal (quote), as well as to be able to transmit it to the interested party. The estimate being an accounting document, it and the information it contains must be stored according to the regulations in force concerning the duration of accounting elements.

Privacy Policy
In the online services of Voyazil, personal information concerning your identity (surname, first names), as well as your contact details, are never made public and remain inaccessible by the services and web pages of voyazil.com.
Certain personal data may be communicated to certain partners as part of the establishment of quotes, in particular dates of birth, for airlines or other transport or reception structures which have pricing according to age.
The publisher undertakes not to transfer any of your personal information for commercial purposes. Your data can therefore never be sold or transmitted to professionals who would like to use them for advertising purposes.
Data retention period
If you do not express an interest in our services within three years, the data concerning you will be deleted from our file. For legal reasons of accounting retention and/or commercial activity history, certain data may be archived.

Definition
